Strength doesn’t have to mean putting your problems aside or coping alone. Strength is sometimes being brave enough to seek the help that you need... Because you matter too.

Do you struggle to say no, taking too much on at your own expense?

Do you feel overwhelmed, under appreciated and exhausted?

Do you feel lost, struggling to identify your own needs and opinions?

Are you tired of feeling like you're not good enough, constantly comparing yourself to others and worrying what they may think of you?

Do you feel low, empty, anxious, angry or ashamed?

I have felt this way before. But the good news is, you don't have to live this way.

I'll work with you towards feeling calmer, lighter and accepting yourself just as you are .... Because you matter too.

Therapy Sessions

I came to Hannah so mixed up and not seeing clearly at all. She patiently listened to me and spoke in a non judgmental way. I felt I could really open up to her. She offers a range of therapies. The sessions culminated in a great positive shift within me. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Thank-you Hannah!
